Dr. Hobza was born and raised in Toronto. He completed a BSc. (Hon) at UBC 2002 and then received his MD at Charles University in Prague 2008. He completed his postgraduate training in the UK becoming a member of the UK Royal College of General Practitioners and the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2014. Since then he has practiced in Victoria BC and Cornwall UK. He and his family love the mountains and wilderness of BC and all that it has to offer. They are very much looking forward to calling BC home again.
