Full time Registered Physiotherapist (Springfield) Kelowna
Evolve Allied Health currently has opportunity for a full time Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team.
We are one of the Okanagan’s leading private primary care and allied healthcare organizations, with 45+ family physicians, specialists and allied healthcare professionals working across four locations in Kelowna and Lake Country. We believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we’re working on it—one patient at a time.
This role represents the first stage of our physiotherapy expansion across multiple locations.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and triage based on the nature of the call;
- Confirm patient demographics and verify insurance coverage during patient check-in;
- Book, confirm, modify or cancel appointments as requested by patients, MOA’s and physicians;
- Management of incoming/outgoing e-faxes and consultations;
- Preparation, loading and cleaning of exam rooms;
- Triage and/or completion of generally assigned tasks within the EMR;
- Collect payment for private services and post it within the EMR.
Your Role
As a Registered Physiotherapist at Evolve Allied Health, you will deliver evidence-informed musculoskeletal care within a physician-integrated clinical environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Provide patient education and self-management strategies
- Prescribe and progress home exercise programs
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate closely with family physicians and specialists
- Rebook patients appropriately to support optimal outcomes
This is a one-on-one care model focused on clinical excellence and long-term patient results.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (required)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment skills
- Confidence in exercise prescription within a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Experience working within a private or primary care setting considered an asset
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Growth
We offer a structured hybrid compensation model designed to provide both stability and meaningful earning potential.
- Tiered performance-based revenue sharing
- Earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 annually
